These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Aura Sygn. By accessing, installing, registering for, browsing, or using the app, website, APIs, content, features, subscriptions, or services, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, community rules, safety rules, payment terms, feature rules, and any additional notices presented in the app.
If you do not agree, are outside India, are under 18, are not legally competent to contract, or are prohibited from using the service, you must not access or use Aura Sygn.
You may use Aura Sygn only if you are at least 18 years old, located in India, legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law, and not barred from using the service by law, contract, app-store rules, or a prior suspension. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, current, complete, and belongs to you.
You are responsible for your account, device, login credentials, linked authentication providers, app-store account, payment permissions, activity, content, and interactions. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may refuse, suspend, restrict, terminate, or delete accounts at our discretion and as permitted by law.
Aura Sygn is intended only for access and use within India. The service is not offered, marketed, licensed, or made available for use in any country outside India. You must not access or attempt to access Aura Sygn from outside India, use VPNs, proxies, location spoofing, app-store region manipulation, or other methods to bypass this restriction.
Any use outside India is unauthorised, void to the extent permitted by law, and entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any consequences, duties, taxes, regulatory obligations, foreign-law exposure, claims, penalties, or losses arising from such access. Aura Sygn reserves all rights to deny foreign jurisdiction, contest service, challenge venue, and rely on all available defences.
Subject to these terms, Aura Sygn grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the app for lawful personal use in India. We may modify, suspend, withdraw, test, limit, price, discontinue, or replace any feature, content, entitlement, model, ranking, recommendation, subscription, promotion, or service at any time without liability, except where prohibited by law.
You are solely responsible for content you upload, submit, display, transmit, store, share, message, or otherwise make available. You grant Aura Sygn a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, process, analyse, moderate, distribute, transmit, translate, create derivative signals from, and otherwise use your content to operate, secure, market, improve, support, and enforce the service.
You must not upload, publish, transmit, store, update, or share content or engage in conduct that:
Aura Sygn is a social and dating-oriented platform. We do not guarantee compatibility, identity, intention, character, availability, response, relationship outcome, event safety, offline meeting safety, or user conduct. You are solely responsible for your interactions, decisions, meetings, travel, spending, disclosures, and safety precautions. Meet in public, tell someone you trust, verify independently, and do not share money, financial data, identity documents, private images, or sensitive information with other users.
We may, but are not obligated to, review, monitor, remove, restrict, demote, label, preserve, disclose, or refuse content or accounts. We may use human review, automated systems, AI tools, reports, trusted signals, law-enforcement requests, user complaints, and internal risk models. Enforcement may be imperfect, delayed, inconsistent, or unavailable. We are not liable for user content or conduct to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Aura Sygn is provided as a pilot project developed, deployed, and operated for AI evaluation, experimentation, product validation, and service-assessment purposes. You acknowledge that the app, website, software, interfaces, content, workflows, documentation, moderation logic, recommendations, support materials, and other service components are presented as AI-generated, AI-assisted, automated, or model-evaluated outputs and are not represented as a conventionally human-authored, human-engineered, or human-developed product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that you will not rely on any part of Aura Sygn as having been independently created, verified, reviewed, warranted, or approved by human developers, editors, moderators, counsellors, safety professionals, relationship experts, legal advisors, or other professional personnel unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. The pilot nature of the service forms part of the risk allocation, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, and user responsibility provisions in these terms.
You authorise Aura Sygn to use AI-assisted and automated systems to build, run, monitor, secure, support, debug, moderate, personalise, rank, recommend, test, analyse, and improve the service. This includes processing account data, profile content, photos, messages, interactions, reports, device data, logs, derived signals, and aggregated data through internal systems, cloud providers, contractors, AI service providers, analytics tools, and security vendors.
AI and automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, biased, unavailable, or unsuitable for your expectations. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or relationship advice. You must independently assess any recommendation, prompt, match, safety signal, moderation result, or support response.
Paid features, subscriptions, boosts, entitlements, virtual benefits, or promotional access may be handled by app stores, payment processors, or Aura Sygn. Prices, availability, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds, trial terms, and payment disputes may be governed by the applicable app-store or payment-provider rules. Unless required by law or the applicable store policy, fees are non-refundable and do not guarantee matches, replies, meetings, profile visibility, or outcomes.
Aura Sygn and its software, trademarks, designs, content, interfaces, code, databases, ranking systems, recommendation systems, AI workflows, moderation systems, analytics, brand assets, copy, and know-how are owned by Aura Sygn or its licensors. You must not copy, modify, scrape, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass, benchmark for competitive purposes, or create derivative services from Aura Sygn except as expressly permitted by law.
The service may integrate or depend on third-party authentication, app stores, payment processors, cloud services, analytics, crash reporting, AI tools, maps, notifications, links, APIs, devices, operating systems, or content. Third-party services are not controlled by Aura Sygn. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, terms, outages, security, data practices, fees, errors, policies, or availability.
Your use is subject to the Privacy Policy. You agree that data processing, monitoring, automated processing, AI-assisted processing, security logging, moderation, retention, disclosure, and cross-provider processing may be necessary to operate the app. You must not attempt to access another user's data, interfere with systems, scrape data, bypass security, or misuse personal information obtained through Aura Sygn.
The service is provided on an "as is", "as available", and "with all faults" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Sygn disclaims all warranties, guarantees, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, continuity, security, error-free operation, data integrity, compatibility, safety, legality outside India, and outcomes from matches, messages, recommendations, AI features, subscriptions, or offline interactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Sygn, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, vendors, processors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, remote, speculative, or economic losses; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, reputation, opportunity, relationships, emotional wellbeing, business, or anticipated savings; personal injury, offline incidents, user misconduct, third-party conduct, security incidents, unauthorised access, content misuse, moderation decisions, AI outputs, outages, bugs, app-store issues, payment failures, or use outside India.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Sygn's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service, these terms, privacy, subscriptions, content, or any interaction shall not exceed the lower of: the amount you paid to Aura Sygn through the app for the service in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000. Where a liability cannot legally be excluded or capped in this manner, it is limited to the narrowest extent permitted by applicable Indian law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aura Sygn, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, vendors, processors, and service providers from and against all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, user content, violation of these terms, breach of law, misrepresentation, unauthorised foreign access, dispute with another user, infringement of rights, misuse of data, payment dispute, or unsafe conduct.
We may suspend, restrict, terminate, delete, or refuse access to the service at any time where we believe it is appropriate for safety, security, legal compliance, product integrity, user protection, business reasons, suspected breach, or unauthorised foreign access. We may preserve and disclose records where required or permitted by law, including for investigation, evidence, legal holds, security, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
You must comply with all applicable Indian laws and these terms. We may respond to lawful court orders, government directions, law-enforcement requests, cyber incident requirements, tax/accounting needs, and regulatory obligations. We may remove or disable access to content and preserve records where required or reasonably appropriate.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any dispute or claim arising from Aura Sygn are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory legal process that cannot be contracted out of, courts located in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue. You waive objections to jurisdiction, venue, inconvenient forum, and foreign-law application to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us through the support or grievance channel and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Nothing prevents Aura Sygn from seeking injunctive, equitable, urgent, or protective relief for misuse, security risks, intellectual-property violations, confidentiality breaches, data misuse, or unauthorised access.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes may be posted on the website, in the app, by email, release notes, or other reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using Aura Sygn and delete your account where available.
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the invalid part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or replaced by a valid provision closest to the original intent. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Provisions concerning ownership, licences, privacy, data processing, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, governing law, jurisdiction, and account consequences survive termination.
For support, grievance, legal, privacy, or safety concerns, use the contact or grievance channel made available in the app or website. Include enough information for us to verify the account, understand the issue, and respond appropriately.
